About the Role
The manager will apply Cx and lean tools to improve processes, lead the implementation of lean practices across manufacturing and warehouse sites, and create a vision that reduces inventory, lead‑times, and waste. They will conduct Cx site assessments to achieve Silver or Gold certification, manage monthly performance metrics on cost, efficiency, and quality, and develop value‑stream maps to eliminate waste. Additionally, they will guide plant teams in executing lean plans, promote integration of Six Sigma and lean methodologies, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in productivity and product flow. • Apply Carrier Excellence (Cx) and lean tools to drive process improvement. • Lead lean implementation across manufacturing and warehouse sites to reduce inventory, lead‑time, and waste. • Conduct Cx site assessments and achieve Silver/Gold certification. • Manage monthly Cx performance metrics focused on cost, efficiency, and quality. • Develop value‑stream maps and execute Kaizen events to eliminate waste. • Promote Six Sigma/Lean integration to meet business goals.

What You Bring
Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of professional lean experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferred qualifications comprise a bachelor’s degree in engineering, experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence roles, and proficiency with tools such as Kaizen, value‑stream mapping, one‑piece flow, and 3P. Strong leadership, team‑development skills, and the ability to influence change at all organizational levels are also sought. • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of lean experience in manufacturing. • Experience with continuous improvement tools such as value‑stream mapping, one‑piece flow, 3P, and Kaizen. • Strong leadership, cross‑functional influence, and proven delivery of measurable improvements.
