About the Role
• Manage all aspects of real‑estate project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk. • Interpret contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings to ensure compliance. • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, scope, cost estimates, schedules, and risk plans. • Identify and qualify project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, analyze bids, and recommend vendors. • Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals. • Implement communication plans, produce meeting minutes, and deliver written reports to keep stakeholders informed. • Govern project documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company and client standards. • Track progress against objectives, budgets, and timelines; report variances and develop corrective action plans. • Manage change requests, assess impacts on scope, budget, schedule, and quality, secure client approval, and issue change orders. • Identify project risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and execute actions to reduce risk exposure. • Analyze and interpret various business documents and produce reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in prescribed formats. • Effectively respond to complex client and internal inquiries and present information to large groups or departments.

What You Bring
• Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical engineering; an MBA in Project/Construction Management is preferred. • Possess 5–10 years of project management experience in the industrial sector with strong exposure to construction management. • Demonstrate basic financial knowledge, including percentage calculations and simple financial analyses. • Utilize intermediate skills in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project for schedule and resource planning.
