About the Role
• Develop and improve technical competencies of Business Group staff to meet client needs. • Oversee daily project operations, management reviews, financials, and profitability. • Supervise cross‑sector leads to provide critical value, growth, delivery, and risk reduction. • Lead development and training of area staff in technical and business skills. • Coordinate workload projections and sharing with other Business Groups or Areas. • Implement QA/QC program activities for continuous improvement. • Assign experienced reviewers and monitor project QC review activities. • Drive continuous improvement through technical standards, procedures, best practices, and lessons learned. • Participate in project reviews and support management of claims and losses. • Review hiring needs, requisitions, and offers as delegated. • Contribute to pursuit teaming, staffing discussions, and fee development. • Partner with Market Sector Leaders and Project Delivery Leader. • Oversee technical and digital delivery evolution with subject matter experts. • Streamline business processes in line with corporate policy and MOA. • Ensure implementation of quality standards and best practices. • Collaborate with Area operations, market sectors, business classes, and delivery leaders. • Review and approve fee proposals as delegated. • Support communication and coordination across business groups. • Work closely with the Area Professional Services Lead.

What You Bring
• Minimum 15 years of experience. • Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Knowledge of the local market. • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. • Active professional or engineering registration. • Proven experience leading diverse teams and commitment to quality and HDR values. • Active participation in professional or industry associations. • Ability to collaborate with regional/local office managers and various business leaders. • Demonstrated commitment to employee‑owned culture.
