About the Role

In this position you will partner with finance business partners and HR to analyze spend, identify savings, track headcount, and ensure accurate forecasting of OPEX and COGS. You will also own quarter‑end activities, manage cross‑charges and accruals, and lead special projects that improve processes and automation. • Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to analyze spend and recommend cost‑saving solutions. • Utilize SAP and Anaplan to track, manage, and report OPEX and COGS forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities. • Collaborate with HR to monitor headcount, including to‑be‑hired activity, and provide financial analysis for fixed costs. • Own quarter‑end processes, preparing cross‑charges and accruals for accurate financial statements. • Lead special projects such as building new financial models, revamping templates, and performing ad‑hoc analyses. • Drive automation and standardization of finance processes by partnering across functions and applying best practices. • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and programs.

What You Bring

The Platform Services and Emerging Technology Finance team is seeking an enthusiastic, self‑motivated finance professional with strong analytical skills to support spend forecasts, monthly reporting, and ad‑hoc analyses for senior stakeholders. The role reports to the Senior Finance Manager. Candidates must have a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting (preferred) and at least three years of finance experience, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, spend management, and advanced spreadsheet skills. Experience with SAP, BPC, or Business Objects is a plus, and occasional travel may be required. The ideal candidate demonstrates a customer‑focused mindset, strong accountability, ownership, courage to take measured risks, and the ability to collaborate globally. They are a self‑starter with high attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. • Minimum qualifications: BA/BS in Finance or Accounting (preferred), 3+ years finance experience, strong budgeting/forecasting skills, advanced Excel proficiency. • Desirable technical skills: experience with SAP, BPC, Business Objects. • Demonstrated customer focus, accountability, ownership, courage, collaborative mindset, and self‑starter attitude.
