About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with overseeing all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and customer service, while partnering closely with the Community Manager to manage staff and vendors. • Oversee daily maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative programs. • Coordinate and schedule repairs for common areas and resident units. • Inspect properties to identify and correct hazards and ensure OSHA compliance. • Manage inventory of supplies and maintain a stocked, organized maintenance shop. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, providing performance feedback. • Conduct on‑call emergency response and support off‑hour property issues. • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely response to resident requests. • Enforce community policies and maintain consistent resident communication. • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting over 100 lb., navigating confined spaces, and responding to on‑call emergencies during weekends, nights, and overtime across both small‑mid and large‑sized properties. • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred. • Possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Meet physical demands such as lifting 100+ lb., navigating confined spaces, and working overtime, weekends, and nights.

Benefits
