About the Role
The Tax Analyst assists with tax compliance, focusing on tax return preparation and calculating consolidated book‑tax differences, while supporting federal, state, city, income, franchise, and excise tax matters. The role may also involve tax planning and analysis projects as needed. Key duties include preparing Federal and State income tax returns, computing book‑tax differences for compliance, supporting audits, handling tax notices, and contributing to projects such as tax research, forecasting, fixed‑asset accounting, and state apportionment.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 1–3 years of corporate tax or public accounting experience, with three years preferred, and be proficient with tax preparation software (preferably CorpTax) and research tools (preferably RIA or CCH).
