About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is tasked with implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting a positive image of the apartment community, and assisting management with resident programs and retention. Typical daily duties include touring the community for prospective residents, processing lease applications, preparing lease documents, planning resident events, collecting rental payments, and conducting campaign research and reporting to maintain an acceptable closing ratio.
