About the Role

The Field Scheduler role is located full‑time on a job site in Yerington, NV, and involves developing and maintaining integrated EPC schedules for a portfolio of PV solar projects. The position requires regular travel to regional sites, leading schedule meetings, and coordinating with business units such as battery storage, high voltage, and business development. • Lead schedule meetings and serve as SOLV’s subject‑matter expert on scheduling. • Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using Primavera P6, incorporating drawings, contracts, and quantity take‑offs. • Perform schedule analysis, monitor critical‑path deviations, and propose corrective actions. • Conduct “what‑if” analyses, maintain delay logs, and generate custom P6 reports on contract exposure. • Train onsite project management teams and other personnel in scheduling procedures and data management. • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, field) and external stakeholders (owners, consultants) to ensure schedule accuracy and buy‑in. • Visit job sites to build rapport, understand site‑specific details, and support P6 database maintenance. • Assist business development and owners in analyzing and improving project schedules.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in an EPC environment. • High proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong ability to read plans and specifications. • Solid knowledge of construction methods, CPM scheduling, and MS Office suite. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Reliability, dependability, flexibility, and willingness to travel to job sites.
