About the Role

The Design Engineer position is a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday role focused on delivering engineered solutions for new product development and modifications to existing products. The role involves creating complete manufacturing specification packages, including engineering bills of materials, and managing engineering changes to address root‑cause issues efficiently. Key duties include adhering to Group standards such as QFD, FMEA, design‑for‑manufacture, prototype development, and field testing, as well as ensuring that products meet safety, functional, and reliability specifications. The engineer will work to reduce manufacturing costs through design improvements and collaboration with production, purchasing, and suppliers, investigate customer complaints promptly, and drive component standardization across product lines while staying informed of industry advancements.

What You Bring
