About the Role
The Class 5 Driver role involves safely delivering, loading, and recovering rental equipment, tools, and supplies to job sites across urban, suburban, and rural areas. Drivers must navigate tight construction zones and ensure each delivery meets high standards of customer service. • Operate single‑axle rollback, flat‑deck, or stake‑body trucks to deliver, load, and recover rental equipment. • Load, secure, and unload equipment while navigating tight construction zones. • Provide excellent customer service on every delivery. • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment as needed. • Demonstrate proper equipment use and safety procedures to customers. • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record and be capable of lifting 50 lb or more, performing physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching. Working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience with commercial equipment or a strong mechanical aptitude is beneficial. • Maintain a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Lift 50 lb or more and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching. • Preferred: background in operating commercial/rental equipment, crane trucks, or demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
