About the Role
The technician will handle a variety of systems, including HVAC repairs and maintenance, plumbing repairs and fixture installations, carpentry work such as doors and countertops, drywall and painting tasks, electrical and appliance servicing, and the upkeep of mechanical equipment like chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, and exceptional customer service is essential. • Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and part replacements. • Repair, replace, and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets. • Conduct carpentry tasks including door, shelf, countertop, and lock installation and repair. • Address drywall, plaster repairs, and painting duties. • Service electrical and appliance systems, including lighting, wiring, circuits, switches, and lamps. • Maintain mechanical equipment like chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. • Provide exceptional customer service to residents.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in commercial property or multi‑unit residential settings, although 3–4 years of experience can offset the minimum high school diploma/GED requirement. Preferred certifications include HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, and a valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs. Required skills are self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability, with occasional weekend work expected. • Possess 1–2 years of experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property (or 3–4 years to offset education). • Hold a high school diploma/GED; certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and accountability. • May be required to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and possess a valid driver’s license as needed.
