About the Role

• Document system requirements and align them with project objectives and stakeholder needs. • Analyze system architectures and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, and safety. • Conduct system integrations, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with specifications. • Oversee interface management to maintain compatibility between system components. • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks affecting project outcomes. • Apply systems engineering methodologies to resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. • Make ethical decisions regarding company resources and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct. • Maintain workplace safety and comply with health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.

What You Bring

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent and 3‑5 years of relevant experience. • Possess US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret/Top Secret clearance; Engineer in Training certification preferred. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. • Proficient in systems engineering tools, methodologies, and practices. • Preferred: Active US Government Secret/Top Secret clearance.
