About the Role

This position sits within our Content division which identifies and publishes accurate and relevant project data for our software solutions. The Document Processing Specialist will perform audits of the Content, Formatting, and Reprography groups to ensure efficiency of all processes. Additionally, the individual will verify the quality of reporting, recommend improvements, and train team members on new processes. Key duties include conducting quality control checks on project documents, auditing internal processing methods, training internal and external team members, recommending workflow enhancements, ensuring compliance with time, quality, and standards, developing and updating process documentation, creating educational materials, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement through cross‑functional teamwork. • Perform quality control checks on project documents processed through ConstructConnect Auxiliary Resources. • Conduct internal audits of document processing methods to identify efficiency and quality improvements. • Train internal and external team members on new document processing techniques and ensure smooth implementation. • Recommend enhancements to reporting and workflow processes to boost quality and efficiency. • Ensure documentation meets ConstructConnect’s time, quality, and compliance standards. • Develop and update clear documentation and guidelines for new or improved processes. • Create and maintain educational materials for training on evolving procedures and best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and refine documentation for clarity and accessibility. • Identify gaps in existing documentation and propose enhancements for organizational efficiency. • Work cross‑functionally with various teams to validate process changes and reflect operational practices.

What You Bring

The role requires at least two years of corporate customer service experience or 6‑18 months as a Content Specialist or in Quality Assurance, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong math and analytical skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask across markets, independent and team work, creative thinking for process improvements, training capability, and a commitment to professional development. The position involves frequent sitting, extended computer use, and telephone communication, requiring visual acuity. Employees must maintain an ergonomic remote workspace and, if within commuting distance of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky or Atlanta, Georgia, work in a hybrid model with regular in‑office presence. All team members must reside and work in the United States. • 2+ years of corporate customer service experience, or 6‑18 months as a Content Specialist or Quality Assurance professional. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Strong math, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication with close attention to detail. • Ability to multitask, organize work across multiple markets, and adapt to new processes. • Capability to work independently and collaboratively, and to train team members. • Creative thinking for process improvements and commitment to continuous professional development.
