About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees daily warehouse activities, generating work assignments, managing schedules, setting priorities, and evaluating employee performance. Responsibilities include coordinating receiving, cataloging, tagging, storing, packing, and shipping inventory, and ensuring accurate inventory control. The role also manages hazardous material shipments, enforces safety protocols, and participates in meetings and task forces to improve quality and resolve issues. Additional duties involve basic office support, on‑call emergency response, and other tasks as assigned. • Oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and review employee performance. • Coordinate receiving, cataloging, tagging, storing, packing, and shipping of inventory. • Ensure compliance with procedures, government regulations, and contract requirements. • Manage hazardous material shipments and enforce safety protocols. • Participate in meetings and task forces to improve quality and resolve issues. • Provide basic office support using email, calendars, and office software. • Respond to on‑call emergencies promptly as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess four or more years of progressive logistics or warehouse experience, with recent experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fluency in English, both spoken and written, are required. Supervisory experience, knowledge of government property handling, hazardous‑materials certification, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license and passport are preferred or required. • Require high school diploma or equivalent and four+ years of logistics experience. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and fluent in spoken and written English. • Preferred supervisory experience and knowledge of government property handling. • Hazardous‑materials certification and current CPR certification are required. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a current passport.
