About the Role
The role is responsible for coordinating activities of a team to develop and maintain information requirements and standards, developing and managing processes within a common data environment, and leading the delivery of the information management function for the project team. • Provide support to the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle. • Advise, innovate, develop and implement ISO 19650 processes for digital information production and assurance. • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. • Ensure security protocols are followed for viewing and issuing information. • Monitor digital handover to completion. • Participate in industry events to stay current on BIM developments. • Review and research technology solutions to improve BIM processes, including emerging technologies. • Stay updated on applicable classification developments. • Support construction sequencing strategy using information models. • Implement governance and assurance processes. • Assist in preparation of cost plans from information models. • Contribute to object library development aligned with BIM strategy. • Develop BIM Execution Plan (BEP). • Support creation of information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) per ISO 19650. • Produce information standards, methods, procedures, and shared resources. • Support production of the Information Model (Pre‑RIBA Stage 3 only). • Upskill client team, Mace project managers, and design team through BIM knowledge‑sharing sessions. • Collaborate with Mace PM and Design teams on procedural compliance with the Mace way. • Work collaboratively towards net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated carbon emissions and reductions.
