About the Role

You will assist project managers by preparing project plans, baseline schedules, resource profiles and financial models, and you will lead the application of specific planning and scheduling techniques while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders. What You Bring

The successful candidate will hold membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA), have proven experience in planning projects and programmes, deep property or infrastructure expertise, strong commercial and financial acumen, and demonstrated leadership of large, diverse teams. Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and understanding carbon and sustainability considerations is also required. • Hold membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent. • Demonstrated experience in planning projects and programmes. • Strong commercial, financial and property/infrastructure expertise. • Proven leadership of large, diverse teams and senior stakeholder management. • Understanding of carbon and sustainability considerations in project delivery.
