About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will own the full lifecycle of moderately complex projects—tendering, planning, resourcing, execution and client engagement—while ensuring compliance with GHD’s systems and processes. Coordination with teams in Darwin and other offices will be essential. • Develop and realise business opportunities for the Alice Springs office while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. • Contribute to the Northern Australian business plan to support long‑term viability. • Serve as Project Manager on varied infrastructure projects, overseeing contract administration and ensuring technical excellence. • Coordinate project delivery with teams in Darwin and other locations. • Mentor and develop team members across Central Australia and the broader Northern region. • Ensure resources and support are in place to deliver quality service and meet financial targets for profitability, utilisation and invoicing efficiency. • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks effectively.

What You Bring
• Bring proven project management experience in engineering or infrastructure, strong business development and client‑relationship skills. • Demonstrate ability to lead a small team, manage office operations and communicate, negotiate and organise effectively. • Hold tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction or project management; AIPM or similar registration preferred; eligible for Defence Security Clearance (desirable).
