About the Role

The manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of large‑scale, high‑impact programs, scope and manage multiple concurrent projects, and lead cross‑functional teams through Agile, Scrum, or SDLC processes to meet business‑critical outcomes on time and within budget. They will also maintain integrated program plans, facilitate retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement. In addition, the role oversees a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise priorities, while designing executive‑level reporting dashboards and evolving project management processes, templates, and tools. • Scope, plan, and manage multiple concurrent technical projects across diverse teams. • Lead cross‑functional teams using Agile, Scrum, or SDLC methodologies to meet deadlines and budgets. • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous‑improvement initiatives for delivery practices. • Manage a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise goals. • Design and implement executive‑level reporting dashboards and program‑level metrics. • Define and evolve project management processes, templates, and tools for scalable delivery. • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, technical teams, and business partners; communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly. • Evaluate, deploy, and train teams on project management tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

What You Bring

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technology Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross‑functional technology programs. The role requires deep expertise in program and project management methodologies, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and business teams. Successful candidates will have at least seven years of technology program or project management experience, proven delivery of complex initiatives, expertise in Agile, Scrum and SDLC, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence and Smartsheet; a relevant degree is preferred. • 7+ years experience delivering complex technology programs on time and within budget. • Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies. • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency with project management and portfolio reporting tools. • Preferred degree in a relevant field.
