About the Role
The driver/operator role involves safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on designated routes, performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company standards. Drivers must maintain clean vehicles, report unsafe conditions, and work with route managers to improve efficiency. Key duties include dumping containers, keeping customer sites clean, positioning containers properly, communicating customer requests, completing documentation, and assisting fellow drivers as needed. • Operate heavy‑duty truck safely according to OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete DVIR reports. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch. • Dump containers, clean customer sites, and position containers correctly. • Communicate customer requests, submit tickets, and complete end‑of‑day documentation. • Assist other drivers and collaborate with Route Managers to improve route efficiency.

What You Bring
Applicants need a Class B CDL, at least one year of driving experience (or recent military driving), be 21 years old, and legally eligible to work in the U.S. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. The position requires physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, and handling, with accommodations available for disabilities. • Hold a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and be at least 21 years old. • Have a minimum of one year driving experience with a CDL‑required vehicle or recent military driving experience. • Be legally eligible to work in the United States. • Preferably possess a high school diploma or GED.
