About the Role
The candidate will work with minimal supervision and assist supervision in various field duties. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and correcting complex HVAC issues such as heat pump systems, hot water and steam boilers, and domestic hot water heaters, as well as resolving recurring problems. The role also involves training other field personnel, handling clerical tasks for service requests, and recommending changes to company stock and equipment.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold CFC certification I and II, a Maryland State HVAC Journeyman’s license, and a Gas Fitter card. • In‑house training comparable to trade schools • Advanced knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, especially heat pump system repairs • Advanced knowledge of tools and materials used in the service field • Basic knowledge of hot water and steam boilers • Advanced knowledge of domestic hot water heater systems • Advanced customer communication skills • Advanced sales skills for company services • Advanced customer relations abilities • Advanced clerical skills for service request processing
