About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to reduce risk exposure in cyber and physical security while safeguarding the company’s people, property, reputation, and shareholder value. The role provides 24/7 secure tactical driving and counter‑surveillance services for executives, conducts dignitary advances, and delivers protective services for events and international travel. It also conducts highly confidential investigations, assesses residential vulnerabilities, and liaises with law‑enforcement and security partners. Key duties include providing tactical driving and protective services around the clock, leading corporate security functions such as shareholder meetings, tabletop exercises, crisis management and business continuity planning, and maintaining relationships with federal, state and local law‑enforcement agencies. The incumbent will plan and execute complex investigations, document findings, recommend risk‑mitigation controls, and prepare comprehensive investigative reports. Additional responsibilities involve engaging regulators on critical infrastructure and supporting campus security awareness campaigns. • Provide 24/7 secure tactical driving for executives. • Conduct counter‑surveillance on selected executives. • Perform dignitary advances, security assessments, and investigations as needed. • Deliver protective services for executive events and ensure smooth venue transitions. • Lead and plan protection for international travel, including residential vulnerability assessments and security system installations. • Conduct independent, confidential investigations of alleged policy or legal violations, document evidence, and interview witnesses. • Produce clear investigative reports and recommend controls to mitigate risk. • Serve as liaison with federal, state, and local law‑enforcement, regulators, and security vendors. • Support corporate security initiatives such as shareholder meetings, tabletop exercises, crisis management, and business continuity planning. • Promote employee security awareness across campuses.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business administration or a related field, or have equivalent experience, and possess at least ten years of law‑enforcement experience with a medium‑to‑large agency or comparable private‑investigative background. Required qualifications include compliance with Constellation’s firearms program, successful completion of a psychological exam, 24/7 availability, ability to travel domestically and internationally, and eligibility for LEOSA, NERC/CIP, nuclear site unescorted access and concealed‑carry permits where applicable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree such as an MBA, CPA or CFA, the ability to obtain a secret or top‑secret clearance, and certifications like CPP, PSP or CFE. Experience in advances, physical‑facility vulnerability assessments, business continuity, crisis management, and prior corporate or executive protection roles is valued.
