Job Highlights
About the Role
• Perform general plant labor, clean‑up, and shoveling stone around conveyors. • Conduct plant maintenance tasks such as cutting, welding, roller and bearing changes, and belt splicing. • Operate equipment including bobcat, skid steer, haul truck, dozer, and track hoe as needed. • Run water truck to control dust on roadways. • Report equipment issues to management and assist with quarry and equipment upkeep. • Complete daily inspections and pre‑shift equipment reports. • Fill in for other production positions during vacations, absences, or high‑demand periods. • Assist coworkers and perform other duties assigned by management. • Maintain an uncompromising focus on safety and follow basic safety instructions.

What You Bring
• Possess experience with heavy equipment operation; welding and cutting experience preferred. • Self‑motivated, able to work without constant supervision and learn quickly. • Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed. • Pass pre‑employment drug screening; plant maintenance or aggregate operations experience is a plus.
