About the Role

The position involves overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with approved design standards and client requirements. It also includes responsibility for capturing project learnings and driving continuous improvement within internal processes. • Manage stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and supply chains, to ensure compliant project delivery. • Track and control critical milestones to prevent schedule slips. • Apply and uphold project governance, processes and best‑practice standards. • Produce formal project status reports and other required documentation. • Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring design standards are correctly applied. • Coordinate supplier interfaces using monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Facilitate project information flow through regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key project milestones while monitoring local design teams. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFI responses. • Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs for accuracy. • Advise clients and project teams to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities. • Capture project learnings and identify process improvement opportunities. • Ensure compliance with SOX controls where applicable.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5‑7 years of project management experience on large‑scale construction projects. • Strong organizational, management and presentation skills. • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction project management tools. • Excellent communication abilities. • Experience with higher‑education facilities, preferably medical or life‑sciences research environments. • Willingness to relocate or travel weekly to Brownsville, TX for full‑time onsite work.
