About the Role

The AM – Technical role is responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance functions at the Gurugram facility, ensuring 100% uptime of critical equipment and coordinating AMC services with vendors. The incumbent will establish and roll out engineering procedures, maintain compliance with statutory regulations, conduct technical audits, manage critical spares inventory, and oversee multiple service portals for maintenance, EHS, and training documentation. They will also drive preventive maintenance programs, energy‑saving initiatives, safety protocols, and produce comprehensive operational reports. • Ensure 100% uptime of all critical electro‑mechanical equipment. • Coordinate and manage vendor AMC contracts and service level agreements. • Monitor and maintain M&E systems including electrical, UPS, lifts, HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing and carpentry. • Develop, implement, and train staff on engineering and operational procedures. • Liaise with local authorities to maintain legal and statutory compliance. • Conduct periodic technical audits of all installations. • Plan and maintain a critical spares inventory per manufacturer recommendations. • Manage maintenance portals (Corrigo, IDEA, CEWA, Help Desk) for work orders and compliance updates. • Design and execute preventive maintenance and scheduled shutdown programs. • Lead energy management initiatives to reduce utility costs. • Perform handyman tasks such as carpentry, painting, and minor repairs. • Conduct daily walkthroughs and enforce LOTO and other safety procedures. • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, scorecards, and vendor performance metrics. • Ensure adherence to fire, health, and safety regulations and conduct safety inductions. • Process vendor invoices, coordinate with finance, and maintain building documentation.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering, with 6‑7 years of experience in a critical/corporate environment, strong communication and PC skills, and knowledge of electro‑mechanical and fire‑safety systems. The role requires flexibility to work 24 × 7 on‑site in Gurugram, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.
