About the Role
The Senior Facilities Technician role is the go‑to person for all maintenance needs within the facility, blending hands‑on repair work with technical expertise to ensure optimal operations while meeting client requirements and health‑and‑safety standards. • Perform building repairs, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC tasks in line with Work Health and Safety standards. • Manage work orders, daily tool inventories, and special projects using the Corrigo system. • Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical components, backup systems, hot water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, and filters. • Diagnose system malfunctions and implement appropriate corrective actions. • Carry out site rounds to identify faults, investigate building issues, and coordinate repairs. • Respond urgently to requests that could disrupt normal operations. • Assemble necessary tools and supplies, complete jobs with minimal disruption, and ensure immediate clean‑up and proper tool return. • Execute furniture and equipment moves, additions, and changes (MAC) as required. • Complete daily facilities requests and provide technical support when needed. • Ensure all ad‑hoc and preventive maintenance tasks are performed promptly and on schedule. • Conduct daily inspections of essential equipment to verify satisfactory operation. • Provide comprehensive work completion documentation and meet performance indicators and service levels. • Oversee tenant fit‑out works and ensure compliance with authority requirements. • Maintain a proactive approach to health and safety standards and occupational safety requirements. • Use mechanical tools safely and document all work in English.

What You Bring
Candidates should bring at least two years of technical experience in building engineering, strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, a Work at Height (PWAH) certification, and excellent communication skills to build relationships across multiple levels while maintaining a customer‑service orientation. Required qualifications include a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management or a related field, 3‑5 years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial buildings (preferably banking/financial), and familiarity with Singapore's Building Control Act, BMS, and fire‑safety systems; a BCA‑recognized facilities‑management certification is preferred.
