About the Role

Daily tasks include taking inventory of incoming equipment, repackaging items for safe storage or shipment, and processing G2S kits and cable orders. The Tech also disassembles, inspects, rebuilds, and tests safety stops, Thurn hoists, and false cars according to manufacturer specifications, while following assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders. • Inventory incoming equipment and generate billing for missing materials. • Repackage equipment for safe storage or consistent shipment. • Process approximately 5‑6 G2S kits daily and fulfill safety and hoisting cable orders. • Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild safety bloc stops per manufacturer requirements. • Rebuild and test Thurn hoists according to specifications. • Assemble, rebuild, and package false cars following standard work instructions. • Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and gathering tools and materials. • Position and fasten components using templates, measurements, and verify correct fit. • Measure completed components to ensure they meet specifications. • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with all procedures and regulations. • Manage supplies inventory, place and expedite orders, and verify receipt of supplies. • Complete production and quality documentation and perform other assigned duties.

What You Bring

Successful candidates should have a high school diploma and at least two years of production or processing experience, with knowledge of raw materials, mechanical tools, electrical systems, and basic mathematics. Required skills include reading comprehension, monitoring, active listening, critical thinking, forklift certification, and proficiency with iPad/computer/ISO systems. A flexible schedule, leadership mindset, and openness to change are also essential.
