About the Role
The Service Technician will troubleshoot a variety of service issues, including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. They will also maintain interior and exterior areas in line with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws, and respond promptly to maintenance service tickets. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Maintain interior and exterior areas according to standards and legal requirements. • Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets. • Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and staff. • Work Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with rotating on‑call duty.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold an active, valid driver’s license, have a personal vehicle, and be able to live within a 30‑minute commute of the property. Clear and professional communication with residents and office staff about repairs and updates is essential. The position includes a base pay of $25‑$27 per hour, up to a 50% rent discount, shared renewal commissions, quarterly Morgan Essentials, on‑call appreciation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with paid rotating on‑call participation required for emergencies.
