About the Role
The Associate Specialist monitors CCTV, video management systems, card access systems, and other alarm platforms from the Corporate Security Operations Center to detect unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, or safety hazards. The specialist follows SOC standard operating procedures for follow‑up on identified issues, and must demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities in a high‑stress environment. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact with business unit personnel and all management levels, and the role includes preparing clear reports and presentations for management. The position also performs special assignments as directed by SOC Management and works the 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday.
