About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated OEM Aftermarket Sales/Support Specialist to drive aftermarket sales and services for our OEM products. The role involves independent and team work in a fast‑paced environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships with both existing and new customers. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling aftermarket parts and services, building and maintaining relationships with dealerships and end users, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and managing inventory levels with distribution partners to ensure timely availability. The specialist will also train customers on the dealer portal and iStore, handle order entry with accurate lead times and pricing, collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, purchasing, and operations, and report on sales performance, quotes, and market trends. • Promote and sell OEM aftermarket parts and services to increase revenue. • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and end users. • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and identify required parts. • Collaborate with distribution partners to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery. • Train customers on the dealer portal, iStore, and related programs. • Enter and track orders, communicating lead times and pricing to customers. • Work with engineering, purchasing, and operations to meet pricing and margin targets. • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, quotes, customer feedback, and market trends.

What You Bring

Basic qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, while preferred candidates have 5+ years of aftermarket sales, technical support, or customer service experience in an OEM setting, strong communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and negotiation skills, and knowledge of parts manuals, BOMs, and engineered prints. • Meet basic qualification of a high school diploma or GED. • Prefer 5+ years experience in aftermarket sales, technical support, or OEM customer service. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and negotiation skills. • Proficient with MS Office and familiar with parts manuals, BOMs, and engineered prints.
