About the Role
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule in Microsoft Project to baseline and update regularly. • Create and deliver PowerPoint executive briefs for customer and internal program management review processes. • Use IT service management ticketing workflows to execute assigned responsibilities. • Track labor, cost, and performance in Excel and reporting dashboards; produce monthly and quarterly summaries. • Develop and deliver stakeholder briefings using PowerPoint and written status reports.

What You Bring
• Demonstrated ability to track schedules, coordinate tasks across multidisciplinary teams, prepare status reports and support issue resolution in a structured program environment. • At least 15 years of demonstrated experience supporting the planning, coordination and execution of technical or operational programs. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, business, or management-related discipline. • Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder coordination skills are required. • Active Secret security clearance. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
