About the Role
• Consult executive‑level clients and showcase Cumming’s industry‑leading services. • Increase services to existing clients and develop new revenue‑generating opportunities. • Recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse and talented team. • Partner with service‑line leaders to provide integrated project approaches. • Negotiate major contractual and commercial issues (GC, architect, direct‑owner, etc.). • Develop procurement and delivery strategies. • Oversee quality of team output and coach for high performance. • Advise clients on insurance limits and claims. • Assist with proposal preparation, staffing, and contract execution. • Drive revenue growth in a large, complex market. • Track and manage project revenue, utilization, and profitability.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess strong revenue‑growth experience in complex markets, expertise in negotiating major contracts, and the ability to design and execute functional strategies. Preferred qualifications include a BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related fields, 14+ years of project management experience—particularly on higher‑education or commercial projects—and certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED. • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue in complex markets. • Experience negotiating major contracts and designing functional strategies. • Proactive influence on change and scalable solution development. • Strong accountability, relationship‑building, and mentorship skills. • BS in Construction, CM, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field. • 14+ years of project management experience, including client‑facing roles. • Experience on large‑scale higher‑education or commercial projects. • Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED. • Proficient in MS Project and Excel.
