About the Role

The Operations Clerk reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for managing the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across all stages of asset management. The role provides 24/7 client support via phone and email, handling safety, document control, dispatching, scheduling, and field communications. Key duties involve accurately logging work orders in EAM, developing and refining procedures, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve asset‑management processes, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge articles. The clerk must exercise strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and independent decision‑making skills while meeting deadlines. • Log work orders and related forms accurately into the EAM system • Apply strong problem‑solving skills to current situations • Represent the company professionally • Meet deadlines and maintain organization • Develop and implement procedures within PNR policies and client requirements • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve asset‑management processes • Create and update EAM knowledge articles • Complete required training and background checks • 24/7 operation; work outside normal hours

What You Bring

• Multi‑task and manage a varied, evolving workload • Work independently, owning issues and tasks • Office Administration certificate (preferred) • 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience • Experience in a fast‑paced call centre/office environment (preferred) • Quickly learn PNR and client structures, operations, policies, and procedures • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong judgment, time‑management, organizational, interpersonal and analytical/problem‑solving abilities • Excellent oral and written communication • Ability to multi‑task in high‑pressure settings and meet tight timelines • Ability to read diagrams and schematics (asset) • High attention to detail • Ability to motivate and influence diverse stakeholder groups (asset) • Prioritize and adapt to changing requirements • Familiarity with computers and relevant software
