About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The driver ensures the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards before each shift, complies with all company, state, and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports (VCRs) to address any defects promptly. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, reporting safety issues, and following the assigned route sheet to service each customer. The driver operates manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities while interacting professionally with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers. Additional responsibilities involve identifying and tagging unsatisfactory containers, monitoring waste for violations, cleaning accidental spills, maintaining vehicle readiness, completing productivity and route reports, and adhering to all safety policies and the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
A Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, follow‑through abilities, and a commitment to company policies and safety standards.
