About the Role
• Supervise fieldwork programs, including subcontractors and ERM personnel. • Conduct environmental assessments and remediation data collection (soil, soil gas/vapour, groundwater). • Prepare or contribute to complex technical reports in line with guidelines and legislation. • Manage electronic data, produce borelogs and summary tables. • Assist in the preparation of client proposals. • Support project managers with planning, budgeting, and delivering field programmes. • Lead and coordinate field programmes, mentoring junior colleagues. • Supervise and manage subcontractors on site. • Developing report‑writing skills.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of consulting experience in the contaminated land sector, a relevant tertiary qualification, and a strong appreciation for health and safety on complex worksites. They will be expected to lead field programmes, mentor junior staff, manage subcontractors, and develop report‑writing capabilities while holding a valid Class C driver’s licence and full work rights in Australia. • 1–3 years of consulting experience in contaminated land. • Relevant degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, engineering or related field. • Strong health and safety awareness for intrusive drilling and excavation works. • Competent in site investigation and sampling techniques; working knowledge of ASC NEPM. • Willingness to travel as required. • Authorized to work full‑time in Australia. • Full Class C driver’s licence issued by an Australian state or territory. • Exposure to a wide variety of local, interstate and international projects.
