Job Highlights
About the Role
The role’s aim is to achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at the site, meeting the highest standards, and to support comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to Accenture while achieving KPI and SLA targets. Key responsibilities include managing critical spares according to manufacturer recommendations, coordinating work completion and vendor invoicing, and executing all engineering and operational procedures. You will ensure proper functioning of electrical, HVAC, packaged air‑conditioning, water/plumbing/sanitary systems, elevators/lifts, and cafeteria equipment, while liaising with vendors to align maintenance practices with manufacturer guidelines. Additionally, you will coordinate maintenance schedules and shutdowns in consultation with OEMs and Accenture. • Manage and control critical spares per manufacturer recommendations. • Coordinate work completion and process vendor invoices. • Execute engineering and operational procedures for facility systems. • Ensure proper operation of electrical, HVAC, PAC, water/plumbing, sanitary, elevator, and cafeteria equipment. • Liaise with vendors to align M&E maintenance practices with manufacturer standards. • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and shutdowns with OEMs and Accenture.
