What You Bring

Successful candidates will have at least five years of experience in home‑improvement sales, a proven track record in B2C selling, strong leadership abilities, and the flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays. A valid driver’s license, background‑check clearance, and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce are also required. • 5+ years of experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, or related industries • Proven success in in‑home or business‑to‑consumer sales • Strong leadership and team management background • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and customer‑focused mindset • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments as needed • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check • Experience with Salesforce, SalesPro, Aqua, or LeapDigital (a plus) • Willingness to relocate if needed
