About the Role

You will manage a book of 400‑500 accounts across assigned territories, conduct outbound calls and digital outreach, coordinate inspections and repairs with field and service teams, and use CRM tools to track interactions and sales activity. What You Bring

Candidates should have 1–3 years of inside sales, parts sales, or customer‑service experience, preferably in construction or heavy‑equipment. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, a self‑motivated, competitive mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently are essential. A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. • 1–3 years of inside sales, parts sales, or customer‑service experience (construction or heavy equipment preferred) • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
