Job Highlights
About the Role
You will spend 20% to 60% of your time in the field, identifying opportunities, building a pipeline, and securing new contract sales. The goal is to grow the sales base by at least 20%. Prepare quarterly and annual financial projections, manage the full P&L—including revenue and SG&A—and take total ownership of the branch’s financial health. Ensure the branch’s operations run smoothly by supervising first‑level managers, enforcing compliance with company systems, and cultivating a high‑performance culture. As the face of the company, you will build name awareness through public relations, civic involvement such as Chamber of Commerce activities, and high‑level client retention strategies. • Drive P&L and scale branch operations • Prepare quarterly and annual financial projections and manage revenue and SG&A • Supervise first‑level managers, ensure compliance, and foster a high‑performance culture • Act as brand ambassador through public relations, civic involvement, and client retention initiatives • Grow contract sales base by at least 20%

What You Bring
We hire leaders with a proven history of stability and growth, requiring a rare blend of operational discipline and sales aggression. Candidates must demonstrate long‑term commitment, with an average of at least 2.5 years per position (“2.5 Rule”). Required experience includes 2+ years supervising first‑level managers, 6+ years overall business experience, hands‑on P&L management, deep B2B service industry knowledge, a bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license. Preference is given to candidates from janitorial or landscape service sectors. • Prospect and close new deals, spending 20‑60% of time in the field • Minimum 2+ years supervising first‑level managers and 6+ years total business experience • Average tenure of at least 2.5 years per role (“2.5 Rule”) • Proven P&L management experience, controlling direct and indirect costs • Deep B2B service industry knowledge, preferably in janitorial or landscape sectors • Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license • English and Spanish language classes
