About the Role

This high‑impact leader will architect and mature the processes that power our business—from long‑range SIOP and demand forecasting to network planning, capacity alignment, inventory optimization, and execution across global value streams. If you are energized by transforming complex planning environments, building high‑performance teams, and driving cross‑functional alignment in a matrixed, global business, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate. • Lead and transform the enterprise SIOP process to connect long‑range forecasts with near‑term operational execution. • Ensure demand, supply, capacity, and inventory plans align with growth targets and financial expectations. • Establish and lead Planning Centers of Excellence across material planning, procurement, order management, and analytics. • Deliver a unified consensus demand‑supply‑inventory plan as the primary input to financial forecasting. • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, PLM, Commercial, and Technology teams to champion governance, KPIs, and a “One Plan” culture. • Support system expansion, capability upgrades, and adoption across global locations. • Build a connected end‑to‑end planning model from SIOP through network planning to operations, improving forecast accuracy, supply continuity, and delivery performance. • Lead scenario planning and risk modeling using tools such as Kinaxis RapidResponse. • Apply Lean/Six Sigma continuous‑improvement principles, project/program management, and change leadership.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Bring at least 12 years of progressive experience leading supply chain planning, SIOP/IBP, or operations in complex global manufacturing environments. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of SIOP/IBP, capacity planning, network planning, inventory optimization, and procurement/materials planning. • Experience with digital planning systems (Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP) and analytics platforms is preferred. • Think strategically with strong analytical capability and proven ability to lead in a matrixed global organization. • Communicate exceptionally with a collaborative, influential leadership style; remain results‑oriented, customer‑focused, and passionate about transformational change.
