About the Role
• Operate hydrotest machinery and ensure proper functionality. • Input grooving dimensions and maintain routine production records. • Oversee set‑up and operation of robots for hydro testing. • Assist hydro team members with grooving processes as needed. • Communicate material needs with shippers and manage inventory flow. • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. • Keep the work area clean and organized at all times. • Submit detailed work orders for equipment issues beyond operator resolution. • Complete On‑the‑Job Training and Job Safety Analysis training. • Cross‑train coworkers and stay open to learning other roles. • Follow OSHA lockout/tagout procedures and company safety policies. • Attend all scheduled company and safety meetings. • Apply basic computer and math skills to job tasks. • Solve problems independently and maintain quality documentation. • Use personal protective equipment and hand tools as required. • Work occasional overtime in a noisy, dusty warehouse environment. • Participate in bonus and profit‑sharing opportunities.

What You Bring
