About the Role

The role supports the Chief Engineer in delivering high‑quality mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects, overseeing preventive maintenance, energy‑conservation initiatives, and contract procurement for technical services. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day operations, maintaining critical and general area uptime, and ensuring compliance with Morgan Stanley incident‑management guidelines. The incumbent will monitor budgets, prepare preventive‑maintenance schedules, evaluate vendor performance, develop SOP manuals, and lead annual power‑down processes. Performance is measured by business uptime, incident‑report closures, client satisfaction, and timely completion of technical desk complaints. What You Bring

Candidates should hold a BEE/B Tech degree (or equivalent), have 5–7 years of facility‑management experience with corporate clients, and possess strong knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems. The position is based on‑site in Mumbai, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule, and welcomes dynamic, quick learners under 35 years of age. • Minimum qualification: BEE/B Tech; 5–7 years facility management experience; strong electrical & HVAC knowledge. • Preferred qualifications: tertiary studies in building management or business.
