About the Role
The core responsibility is to drive a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes while complying with OSHA, DOT, and all relevant regulations. Drivers follow schedules set by Operations Management and coordinate with dispatch to keep routes efficient. Vehicle inspections, safety reporting, and clear communication with customers and management are essential parts of the job. Drivers also manage container service, maintain site cleanliness, and complete the necessary paperwork for each route. • Drive assigned natural‑gas‑powered trucks on transfer routes, adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements. • Perform detailed vehicle inspections before and after trips, recording findings on a DVIR form for corrective action. • Alert Operations Management or Dispatch immediately to any unsafe conditions, service calls, or incidents. • Ensure containers are emptied, lids secured, positioned correctly, and the customer premises are left clean and unobstructed. • Process tickets for extra yardage removal and finalize all paperwork at the end of each shift. • Work with Operations Managers to streamline routes and resolve unsafe or problematic accounts. • Provide assistance to fellow drivers as needed and attend mandatory training sessions and briefings. • Take advantage of annual education assistance and internal growth pathways.

What You Bring
No prior education or experience is required, but a Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) and a clean driving record are mandatory. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a DOT drug screen, physical examination, background check, and motor‑vehicle record review.
