• Lead roadway design projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. • Assist in project design and delivery while mentoring junior engineers. • Communicate effectively with all team members. • Manage project scope, fees, and financials, including monthly invoicing and reporting. • Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure quality project delivery. • Manage external client relationships and expectations.

What You Bring
The work environment is primarily office‑based with limited exposure to adverse conditions. Employees must perform repetitive finger motions, have visual acuity for computer work, and be able to sit for extended periods, lift up to 30 lb frequently (up to 50 lb occasionally), and may be required to work weekends, overtime, overnight travel, or additional physical duties as needed.
