About the Role

• Partner with Business and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify critical data elements, integrations and rollups across business segments and capabilities. • Maintain GPXpress® security profiles. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to transform the process and procedures to profitably scale the breadth and depth of data governance capabilities in an Agentic Business Environment. • Develop and deliver training related to hierarchy management. • Define and implement data quality business rules, standards and metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency). • Assign new customers and materials to hierarchies. • Monitor and report on data quality metrics; communicate findings and trends to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. • Maintain weekly updates to GPXpress® and Toolbox extracts for sales assignments. • Implement and manage data governance tools; provide training and enablement to users on these tools for effective adoption. • Participate in change management activities to resolve data quality and process issues; challenge is to have consistent information across systems. • Coordinate and communicate customer and material realignments with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance). Execute mass changes as required and audit across systems. • Act as Subject Matter Export (SME) for customer and material hierarchies as well as salesforce® mapping. • Ensure synchronization and consistency of data between SAP MDG, S/4Hana and MDG Hierarchy through effective data quality rules. • Assist in the design and implementation of the overall CPG data governance strategy; ensure adherence to related policies, standards and compliance requirements. • Investigate data quality problems, perform root cause analysis and lead efforts to resolve complex data issues. • Create and maintain a business glossary and metrics data dictionary with clear, unambiguous business definitions and rules for data elements. This includes working with Business, Business Effectiveness Reporting Team and IT to evaluate new attributes or metrics for consistency and compliance with standards. • Provide salesforce® mapping support to Market Sales Directors (MSDs) and collaborate with Customer Development Leaders (CDLs). • Assist with data cleansing activities.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of Alation, Qualytics or other Data Governance and Data Quality Tools. • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver training and process improvements. • Experience understanding relationships between data across multiple systems; ability to extract and analyze data. • Strong Knowledge of SAP MDG, S/4Hana including Information Steward. • Data governance, data quality, data analysis and/or hierarchy management experience. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis. • Knowledge of salesforce®. • Bachelor’s Degree • Detail oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving data issues. • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and build strong partnerships with stakeholders. • Microsoft Excel skills such as VLookup, pivot tables and combining data from multiple sources as well as proficiency in other Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
