About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and ensures quality move‑in preparation, resident satisfaction, and timely service. This role is essential for delivering superior customer service to residents and upholding Cushman & Wakefield's commitments. Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning or repair, general repairs, and housekeeping, as well as promptly completing resident service requests. The supervisor must be knowledgeable in plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, painting, caulking, snow removal, and life‑safety issues, while maintaining grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks clean and safe. • Prepare market‑ready apartments (paint, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping). • Respond to and complete resident service requests promptly. • Perform maintenance across plumbing, pool, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliance, painting, caulking, snow removal, and life‑safety tasks. • Maintain clean and safe grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks. • Execute on‑call emergency procedures as required. • Report budget‑impacting maintenance issues (life safety, vacant repairs, property damages) to management. • Schedule and document preventative maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, and policies. • Attend required training programs. • Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally. • Work any shift, Sunday‑Saturday, to meet business needs. • Safely use cleaning agents and equipment. • Travel between properties in varying weather conditions. • Lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 100 lb regularly.

What You Bring
The position requires working any shift from Sunday to Saturday, safely handling cleaning agents and equipment, performing basic math calculations, and maintaining a valid driver’s license with CPO certification if required. An EPA 608 Type II certification and adherence to all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies are also mandatory. Applicants should have a high school diploma, GED, or trade/technical education, along with at least three years of related maintenance experience. Required certifications include EPA 608 Type II or an equivalent local certificate. The role operates in a professional office setting with regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions, requiring the ability to lift up to 100 lb and remain seated or standing for the majority of the workday.
