What You Bring
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, to fulfill airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance. The role ensures passengers receive safe and timely mobility support throughout their travel experience. ABM participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E‑Verify program. E‑Verify is an internet‑based system used to electronically confirm employment eligibility. • Maintain professionalism and clear communication with passengers and airport staff. • Meet basic eligibility requirements; prior experience helpful but not mandatory.
