About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies; they also conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Work flexible full‑time schedules (9:30 am‑6 pm, weekends until 5 pm). • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions. • Sell packing and moving supplies to customers. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure availability. • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb. • Walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of the shift, climb stairs, open large doors. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds.

What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, spend up to 50 % of the time walking around facilities and outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance of interior areas and exterior grounds. Candidates should have customer‑service‑focused experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar environments, possess a valid driver’s license, and use their own vehicle for traveling between sites (mileage reimbursement applies).
