About the Role

The Customer Service Coordinator works in an inbound and outbound call‑center environment to create a quality customer service experience. Core duties include scheduling, handling inquiries, providing updates, making appointments, resolving issues, maintaining a database, and may involve developing and qualifying sales leads. The role also ensures complete customer satisfaction and helps maintain a Voice of the Customer quality score. Primary responsibilities focus on three areas: delivering excellent customer experience, supporting product sales, and partnering with the Contact Center team. The coordinator fields questions, documents interactions, monitors satisfaction metrics, schedules installations, follows up post‑installation, and routes calls appropriately. They also qualify leads, promote Crew2 programs, present pricing and terms, and keep accurate records using available tools. • Field customer questions and concerns professionally, utilizing all available resources. • Ensure all communications are customer‑focused, well‑documented, and meet VOC and cycle‑time metrics. • Provide production and service information and schedule installations according to established processes. • Conduct post‑installation follow‑up calls to confirm a delightful customer experience. • Route customer calls to the appropriate department or resource and stay informed of new processes. • Identify customer requirements, develop and qualify sales leads, and effectively promote Crew2 products and services. • Explain features, benefits, pricing, credit, and terms of Crew2 programs following standard procedures. • Accurately process and maintain customer information using monitoring and tracking tools. • Collaborate with the Contact Center Service and Sales team to support overall performance. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑ and long‑term disability, and life insurance.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, strong problem‑resolution and customer service skills, and be detail‑oriented with high accuracy. The role requires multitasking, teamwork, proficiency with Microsoft applications, and excellent oral and written communication.
