About the Role

The Sheet Metal Installer assists journeyman‑level construction, installation, alteration, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders, while also providing technical guidance and direction to lower‑level employees. • Assist journeyman‑level construction, installation, alteration, and repair of sheet metal products per blueprints and work orders. • Provide technical guidance to lower‑level employees. • Assemble hoods and sheet‑metal HVAC units. • Read and interpret blueprints accurately. • Troubleshoot service issues with systematic, timely solutions. • Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and equipment. • Deliver quality, professional customer service. • Handle disruptions professionally and work independently in commercial/construction settings.

What You Bring

Education requirements include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred), and the role demands 18–24 months of related experience and/or training.
