About the Role

MasTec Communications Group builds for the future, inviting you to join as a Warehouse Coordinator where you will develop new skills in a safety‑focused environment while helping expand technology for a better community. In this role you will move material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or conveyors; receive, log, and stock incoming inventory; read work and shipping orders, fill invoices, inspect items for damage, and track all inventory in the system. You will also keep the warehouse clean and organized, report customer issues promptly, coach coworkers on safe equipment operation, enforce policies, and suggest process improvements to reduce cost and boost productivity. • Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or conveyors. • Receive, log, and stock incoming inventory in the warehouse system. • Read work and shipping orders and complete customer invoices. • Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to the Warehouse Manager. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. • Coach teammates on equipment operation and safety procedures. • Evaluate and recommend improvements to warehouse processes and cost efficiency. • Deliver supplies and equipment while complying with DOT and OSHA standards.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, and a track record of high‑quality work. Physical demands include standing or walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lb. Forklift experience (certification preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and warehouse data systems are required. • Hold a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of warehouse experience. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and operate a forklift (certification a plus). • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and warehouse data systems.
